"Very helpful staffs"

"Even though this a relatively small boutique hotel the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and although we were in a busy location the room was still quiet and felt like a haven away from the bustle. We would definitely stay there again."

"Spacious room with the best location! Highly recommend. I will choose the same hotel every time I go back to Hong Kong."

"N/A"

"The rooms were clean, but the hotel had a lot of frustrating rules that I wasn’t used to as a foreign visitor. They only give you one physical room key, even when you’re paying for additional guests. Although everyone was registered, they wouldn’t let another guest into the room unless that key was present, making it a hassle to come and go separately. The pool was nice, but the hours were strange. The restaurant was subpar and also had a lot of unnecessary rules. The location was the best part...

"We enjoyed the upgrade. Thank you Ecotree staff. The bed and pillows was super comfortable. Very very close to Sai Yu Pun MTR entrance. Surroundings are many shops selling all kinds of dried seafoods. Amazing experience in Hong Kong!!!"

"Good variety at breakfast. Good gym. But no swimming pool"

"Modern rooms with a simple, clean design, great amenities, and friendly staff. The rooftop pool offers beautiful views, and the gym is a nice bonus. Daily snacks and happy hour are provided in the temporary rooftop lobby while the ground-floor lobby is under construction. I recommend requesting a room on the 18th floor or higher, as lower rooms overlook older buildings with hanging laundry and offer less privacy because neighboring residents can see inside."

"The room was spacious and the lobby and kitchen amenities were great. The regular bed’s mattress was on the firm side and the sofa bed was short and merely adequate - not super comfortable - mattress was too thin. We really liked the hallway water dispensers and the bathroom was great. We did have to empty the dehumidifiers twice a day. Location was pretty good. Some kind of divider curtain would have been nice to divide the sofa bed from the kitchen area. We enjoyed the communal lounge area....

"The staff was great. I did not eat there so I cannot comment on their food. The rooms are a little bit outdated but certainly serviceable. Like, way better than a hostel for example. For the location, you can't get much better on price either."

"Clean and safe"

"整體不錯"

"Good location and rooms were spacious and clean! Staff were friendly and helpful too!"
