Pen was fantastic from start to finish, with excellent communication and genuine hospitality that made us feel completely at home. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared each morning. It was one of the highlights of our stay. To top it off, the complimentary airport transfers were incredibly convenient and thoughtfully arranged, making the entire experience seamless. "The best service , and beautiful hotel "

"Great value for money, considering the pool villa comes with a huge personal pool and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Was also not expecting the many fantastic opportunities for birding, right in my villa. The resort grounds are pretty with lush hillside views that you will want to photograph. The only potential negative is that there is only one restaurant, with dishes that are hit and miss. But I did really enjoy some of the Thai food on offer. As this resort has been around for some time, expect some minor wear and tear, but these were mostly non-issues for me. Overall, a wonderful escape!"

"The hotel is definitely budget no amenities no coffee no nothing. The staff was great it was clean my biggest beef was that the whole thing is exposed concrete you feel like you're living in a prison the only thing missing is the stainless steel toilet and sink. Other than that it's okay Hotel."

"This hotel is located a bit away from the old city, but it's definitely worth it! After a long day of navigating city life and dealing with traffic, it’s refreshing to return to this hotel. The room was well-designed and clean, and the balcony view was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend staying here."

"Took a family studio but unfortunately one of the toilets was not operational. It wss a 2bdr, 2 washroom suite Small botique hotel - clean rooms, courteous staff, breakfast is extremely limited and made to order. Away from the city but beautiful locale. 20-25mins to city center and night market. Pool area and general areas were well maintained and spotless. Recommended "
