"wonderful property— excellent value given that they have a complementary shuttle from LaGuardia to the hotel. Check-in was super easy and quick and there is a bar with tons of selections on the main floor lobby. The room was very clean and updated with a comfortable bed and blackout drapes. The only aspect of this property that I’ve found so strange was that the TVs are not smart TVs.Staff was wonderful and I’m here for pre-op testing for hip surgery and staff went out of their way to be helpful with my compromised walking. Will, from security, was especially wonderful and gracious. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The windows are very soundproof and the area overall is safe and pretty quiet. Staff was very accommodating. Nespresso machine in the room. The subway is about a 10 minute walk and the bus to LaGuardia takes about 30 minutes. Would stay there again. "

"Very clean well managed. The manager, I don't know his name, but he is a Jamaican man - he is amazing!!! His presence is known but not overbearing. He helped us get to the airport when the shuttle left us behind. We are so grateful for his help. Thank you!"
