"El edificio entero está lleno de departamentos en renta, nos cambiaron un un departamento a otro con dos días de previo aviso a un departamento que tenía un baño menos, la Estrada da el edifico estaba lleno de materiales de construccción, la alfombra del edificio muy sucia y ya dentro del departamento las alfombras teeemrrivlemente sucias, el sofá no te podías sentar de las maneras, lleno de marcas de suciedad por todas las paredes, el baño se salía agua por todos lados, la manija del lavabo...

"The host called us at check in time telling us we must stay in a different apartment for the night because of a broken window. The temporary apartment was very poor. We got no apology or refund for the night from the host. When we finally made it into the apartment we booked, It looked similar to the photos, but it was very unclean and many amenities didn't work. For example, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor, the second shower had no handle to turn it on, and the curtains were not floor...

"Very nice place.
Great location.
Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area.
Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!!"
