"I hesitated booking this room because there were no refunds and I was scared to commit in case I had to cancel my trip, but I am so glad I finally booked it. The location is ideal- there are great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room were a fabulous size and the feeling was one of being in a small apartment as opposed to a hotel. The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. Coffee was refilled every day and I was given a bottle of wine for the stay. The reception team was very firendly and had great suggestions. Without a doubt, next time I am in Toronto I will be staying in this hotel."

They accommodated me wanting to avoid the crowd noise from baseball by putting me in an interior room. The cafe on the main floor has delicious coffee and friendly staff. Everything about my stay was perfect. Loved the steps to be eco-friendly, too."
