"We stayed here for 5 nights in April 2025. It is EXACTLY as charming as thd photos suggest. Located on W92 St close to the subway (1/2/3) we consistently got to Time Sq in 15 minutes from walking out the door. At the same time, the area is very safe and quiet, making it the perfect retreat from the mayhem! The property owner is fully contactable at alm times and cannot be more accommodating. An excellent choise, fully recommended."

"The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer...

"Our stay myself husband and grown kids 5 total. after long days walking in the city and being beyond tired we came back all 4 nights to what could only be described as a party.there was loud music with bass yelling and what sounded like bowling every night we got ABSOLUTELY NO SLEEP.we are coming home from a trip that was suppose to be relaxing completely EXHAUSTED.so be mindful that there is a Vrbo space they rent out above you so look for single unit for your bookings."

"Check in was good , but I didn’t know it’s a shared bathroom, the room was okay it’s a nice brownstone but the baby mice kept me up through out the night the mice crawled up the screen and I was eye to eye and couldn’t believe what I was seeing, this could be a great spot but please take care of the mice, I actually had to shine a light near the stove so they wouldn’t come out"
