"Great place, great location. Highly recommended. Host was great, excellent communication."

"The property is well located, only a short walk to the beach and parklands. It is a great size for a family to spread out and has all the expected amenities. It was clean and well presented. We had an issue at check-in but it was quickly resolved by the property manager.Would definitely stay again!"

"Although the set up of the house was great for us, good lounge suite, roomy and dog safe yard, the cleanliness was terrible. Kitchen: filthy oven, the rangehood was also filthy dripping fat into the saucepan when i was cooking on the stove, dirty pans in the cupboard, dirty microwave. We washed everything in kitchen before using as everything looked dirty. Leaking bathroom tap and mouldy spots around shower. All skirting boards around house were thick with dust. Dirty mattress protectors and...

"The property is a little tired, scratches and marks on walls. Outside landscaping very ordinary. "

"This tiny home is beautifully presented and just as described. We very much appreciated the quiet and the lovely animals too. "

"Our stay was relaxing with a warm homely feel. Plenty of room and separate areas for us to spread out. Absolutely amazing view of the bay and countryside.. We were even greeted by the neighbours cows at the back fence which was just lovely!"

"We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor."

"The location was excellent, although the photos gave the impression it was right on the beach, rather than nearby. Nicely equipped. Could have done with some wifi but not critical. Games room was good. Nice place. Had a great weekend"
