Location was excellent. Handy to everything ie bus stop, supermarket, activities, cbd all nearby, just cross the road. No steep climbs! All flat. Staff very welcoming. Room had its own car park and all amenities needed in kitchen etc. Enjoyed the bath robes, good showers, heating, coffee plunger and comfortable bed. Well soundproofed too.

The place was very clean. The location was great, easily walk all around town and to the skyline. Tons of restaurants close by. We used the kitchen and it worked out well.

The location is great. The room size and amenities are great . The room is updated and bathroom feels large and modern. Our room gave us a bit of lake view as well. It is hard to beat the location for the price. The only downside was that our room was on the higher floor and we had heavy Bags, so had to carry our bags up as there was no elevator - but it wasn’t really a big deal . Overall very happy with our stay

On arrival we had a free upgrade to a larger room with great views of the mountains and lake. The room was very clean and tidy. The location was great too with just a ten-minute walk to the centre of town and a five-minute walk to the Skyline.

Staff friendly. Quickly turned over our room to allow us to check in an hour early so we could get to an excursion. Rooms are well appointed. AC works well. Parking is available and very close to Town Center and Shotover St.I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

almost everything /facilities provided in the place superb. The staff Mr. Rajat is very helpful. i recommended to all. It is a good place to stay because the place is nearby to everything such as place to eat, near the famous lake and garden and cable car.

Such a helpful staff. We had to check out early for an excursion, but were coming back to the same hotel in two days. The staff told us to just leave our bags in the room. They not only stored them for us, but took them from the old room, and left them in our new room upon our return! Above and beyond!

Overall a really nice location, great amenities and great suite. The only things keeping it from a 5 star review were that the reception staff were not present or available during opening hours when I had to hand in my key card and that there was a heavy rain storm while we were there and water started to leak into the room through window frames. They did provide us with extra towels and promised someone would look into it ASAP and nothing serious happened as a result of it...just a possible issue with maintenance and repairs.
