Privacy and luxury on the beach

Amazing property that offers privacy and subtle luxury at every turn. The property tour is a must to understand what this place has to offer. We spent a day at a private beach and rode horses. The food was great and service outstanding. Our bungalow was big and authentically decorated. Las Alamandas is a gem.

No había personal en la barra de bebidas de la alberca y palapa. No se nos mostró la carta de vinos en el restaurante. Durante nuestra estancia no hubo en ningún día muesli o avena para desayunar, aunque estos dos platillos estaban en la carta. Se nos dijo que no tenían. El servicio de transporte del hotel hacia y desde el aeropuerto fue incómodo por la manera de manejar de los choferes a alta velocidad.

El jacuzzi de la habitación estaba sucio, el agua turbia y fría. El agua de la alberca estaba fría. No había personal atendiendo la barra de bebidas. No se nos mostró la carta de bebidas. En el restaurante no se nos mostró la carta de vinos. El mesero no sabía preparar un cocktail martini. El salón de juegos tenía pobre iluminación y los ventiladores no funcionaban. El personal de mantenimiento estaba jugando billar en lugar de limpiar el salón. De mala manera dejaron de hacerlo y simularon barrer solo para observar a mis invitadas de manera incómoda. Se nos avisó de un cargo por daños al taco de billar. Les mostré el desprendimiento de la goma por el simple uso constante de éste y aceptaron no hacer cargo alguno. Utilizamos el transporte del hotel para el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa, y los conductores manejaron a una velocidad inmoderada.

ESPECTACULAR

Gran lugar para descansar y estar aislado de las aglomeraciones. Muy buen servicio, pero hay que estar listo para gastar en alimentos, todo lo ponen en n USD y me cargan el 18 de servicio, además de qué ningún precio lo ponen con el IVA incluido. Las instalaciones de lujo y tienen 4 playas donde te pueden armar para estar completamente aislado de la zona del hotel. De verdad una gran opción.

Incredible private resort to relax

We had an incredible stay at Las Alamandas. The property keeps everything to perfection and they truly care for you as their guest. The food, whether it is taken by the ocean or taken in their restaurant, brings flavors that make your mind travel the world in an instant. There is no need to book activities outside this hotel as you will be busy relaxing by the pool, visiting one of the private beaches or watching a sunset at night. The room was exceptional and well cared for by the staff. If there was anything wrong at any point, it was a simple call to the reception and they instantly came over and fixed it. We are so happy to have stayed here and would recommend it to all.

Fin de Semana en Las Alamandas

La experiencia de escaparte un fin de semana a Las Alamandas fuera de temporada alta te encuentra con la posibilidad de llegar a un hotel de lujo y precios altos con la dificultad de satisfacer todas tus necesidades por poco personal, falta de variedad de alimentos o los mismo servicios que ofrece el hotel (por ejemplo disponibilidad para hacerte un masaje). El hotel en general es un pedazo de paraíso en el Pacífico, la relación precio calidad no concuerda: Cualquier excursión o actividad extra del hotel tiene un precio demasiado alto y además en USD, siendo que para el turismo mexicano debería contar con precio en MXN. La comida sin ser mala tiene poca variedad de opciones (la carta es la misma con pequeños cambios diarios), el precio es muy alto en relación a la calidad.

Paradise on Costalegre! Super!

It’s the ultimate hideaway. The resort offers endless beaches, beautiful nature all around and it feels like you are a guest at a private estate. The staff, the food, just everything was perfect.
