"Overall, my stay with my family was satisfactory, but I would like to share honest feedback regarding the staff. First, I would like to highlight the excellent service we received in the morning. The lady who was handling both the breakfast area and the front desk was outstanding: very welcoming, friendly, and professional. She made us feel comfortable and provided high-quality service. However, our arrival the previous evening was disappointing. Around 8:45 PM, the young man at the front desk welcomed us in a cold and distant manner. His attitude clearly lacked warmth and professionalism, which made us feel uncomfortable after a long trip. While not openly rude, his behavior did not meet the expected standards. These two experiences should be taken into account: the morning service deserves recognition, but the evening service needs improvement."

"Beautiful hotel, wonderful amenities, nice staff, but if you plan to get rest ask for a room not facing the Courtyard. We were there for our daughter’s State meet for gymnastics, so we had to get up early. Unfortunately, there was a wedding in the courtyard. The wedding was over by 10:00 p.m. but the staff continued moving tables and chairs until after 11:00. Lots of noise! The same thing happened the next day after a banquet they were holding. So, beautiful hotel but we’re tired. I texted the number we were given to text, but no response. For how expensive the hotel was, I thought we would get better rest. "

"Nice hotel, nice safe area, staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good, with eggs, potatoes and meat along with the basic fruit and breads etc. Hotel was overall clean however the carpet in the room needed attention as well as the bathroom corners and shower door. Sounds kind of picky but for almost $600 for a 2 night stay, it should be a little better. I will try it again because of the staff and location. "
