I have seen this hotel slowly decline since 2020. Rooms are dingy, breakfast is passable and now they do not offer complimentary parking anymore. I am now considering other options (plenty available) whenever I stay in the area… being located near the shopping area is no longer as relevant a differentiator as it used to be.

Not confortable. the staff seem untrained and check in took a long time since they were trying to sort out how to do a reservation pet friendly and to top it off the parking was not included on the stay since the property is in a shopping plaza and they were not able to validate parking.

Me cambiaron mi reservación, en lugar de dame una habitación doble, me dieron una habitación sencilla, con una cama improvisada tipo catre, jaja de verdad pésimo, el colchón estaba horrible con resortes saltados.
