I only encountered a minor issue, upon arrival at the room, the bed sheets were stained, and no towels in the room; however, I talked. To the staff who fixed it right away, the place is really nice and the staff is friendly, I definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is ok. The street noise in the hotel room was too loud and kept you from sleeping. The first night we were in the second floor and noise of the traffic didn’t stop until 3 o 4am. We requested to move to a higher floor and it was much better. If you are sensitive to loud noise this is not your hotel. We request the 4th or 5th floor and it was bad but I took a sleeping pill. The personal was extremely helpful and kind.

El lugar me gustó por su ubicación frente a la alameda y muy cerca del centro por lo que salir a caminar es genial. Sin embargo, las instalaciones y mobiliario se ven un poquito viejos (de 1981) y las camaristas hacen lo que quieren. Podrían mejorar con las toallas, y los suplementos del baño. Las personas del mostrador fueron siempre muy amables.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, pero el baño tiene un olor a moho. En la habitación la regadera del baño la regadera se tapaba. El aire acondicionado no servía bien. Sinceramente no me gustó
