Angie our receptionist upon check-in was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were equally as friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The area around the hotel was excellent, within easy walking distance to the center of town and a number of eating establishments and tourist sites. On-site parking was available, but there were a limited number of stalls and it was quite tight for our mid-size car, there was also some street parking available.

We were looking for something practical for a family event. And the hotel had a problem with the main street, something that seemed out of the hotel's control. But it did hinder the activity a bit and it feels unsafe. They could have warned us. And another thing. The room we had is on level 1 on the side of an avenue. The window is poorly made, all the noise comes in. We couldn't sleep well and that is a huge drawback for any hotel.

Esta ubicado en una de las calles principales al centro y por ahi pasan todas las motos , camiones y demas transporte pesado q hace mucho ruido y las habitaciones dan a esa calle , el piso es muy ruidoso y se escucha el ruido de tu habitacion y de la habitacion de arriba , el agua caliente tardaba mucho en llegar y de los 4 dias q me quede solo un dia pude estacionar mi carro dentro del estacionamiento , tardaron una semana en poder facturarme el alojamiento.....en fin no me volveria a quedar ahi nunca mas......

El hotel es muy limpio, las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño, los colchones adecuados, la localización al centro de Tequisquiapan, es muy bueno. Tienen un par de Arias de oportunidad, el Wi-Fi es malo, se desconecta a cada rato, la pantalla que ponen en la habitación es muy pequeña, y no se oía nada. Tienen un pequeño Estacionamiento, que para el tamaño del hotel, suele ser muy conveniente, el agua de la alberca, no es atemperada.
