Good place to stay in El Centro.

Stayed for 20 nights. No a/c & temperatures reached 37c; my mistake, for sure. Never offered a room cleaning during the 20 days.

The hotel was okay overall, nothing too bad, but nothing great either. The service was decent, and the staff were polite. However, the biggest issues were the noise and how hard it was to find the place. On top of that, the room was pretty noisy, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

La habitación me tocó sucia, el piso arenoso, en la cabecera polvo, varias arañas en la cama, les comenté en recepción y me dijeron que no incluye limpieza, (solo una y ya cuando haces check out) no te cambian las toallas, te ponen un montón de pretextos. La recepcionista que está en el día súper grosera. Cero lo recomiendo!

El cuarto no estaba listo a la hora del check in y nos solicitaron un depósito adicional en efectivo de quinientos pesos los cuales no venían como una condición de la reserva y mucho menos si ya esta vinculado a mi tarjeta la renta. Inclusive parece que el recepcionista nos quiso estafar. Si no viene en las instrucciones del check-in no debería de ser!

Las instalaciones están muy bien, todo está en excelentes condiciones. El servicio es el que es mejorable, estuve de viernes a lunes y nunca hicieron servicio a mi habitación, ni nadie se paró por mi habitación para ver si se ofrecía algo. En las condiciones de reserva indicaban que se hacía limpieza una vez durante mi estancia, pero eso nunca ocurrió.
