"We stayed on the property 5 days, there were 4 of us. The property is as described, several entrances but if you rent the entire thing, not a problem, I do see a problem with noise if you have to share the property with another party. Everything was well stocked, there is a multiple booklet explains how things work and just some good notes on the property. We were not able to cook or heat up any food so make note of that, perhaps a microwave would be a good addition. The AC units leaked but...

"This home is outstanding, and the location could not be better! The pictures do not do it justice - the view is stunning and the house is gorgeous (so much natural light) and sooooo comfortable. The location is a 20 second walk to a magnificent beach – one could not ask for more. Our hosts were nothing short of incredible hosts. They helped us with everything we needed. There was so much to do (boat trip, walking the beach, watching the sunset over the ocean, relaxing on the porch etc.) ...

"The stayed on this house was amazing, very comfortable and spacious. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom. and large patio to have a party. Easy access to the main Highway and downtown Leon. I will highly recommend this place!"

"My husband and I enjoyed this beautiful location on the Pacific Ocean for almost a week. Beach is awesome: long and sandy stripe of coast where you can meet turtles, pelicans, flamingos, iguanas and wild horses. Scorpions too! :P Waves are loud but not too big and, thanks to the sandy bottom, very safe for beginner surfers. I think you have the option to rent boars on site. Get your grocery before to get there as the access to the beach is not easy and quick. The little restaurant on site...
