"The person in-charge of the property was unresponsive. I communicated my arrival, I booked the night before I arrived, and the person guaranteed during our communication through Expedia website that I will be able to check in anytime the second day of my stay which is my actual arrival. I called Expedia and they also tried to contact the property person and they also didn’t get a hold of that person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY NO MATTER HOW ATTRACTIVE THIS PROPERTY OR PRICE. It made me...

"Very accessible to Sm North Mall (walkable), Trinoma and other attractions. Theres a 24 hr convenience store nearby. The condo is equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge, thermos, iron, ironing board, tv and fast wifi, has hot water in the shower and ac in the room is cold. Host is very responsive and helpful. Very safe- there are security guards on each gate and entrance of the building. Pass is needed upon check in. There are 4 elevators in the building but sometimes not all are in...

"It was great see u back soon"

"I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"Mold growing in the shower. This place was filthy. Not a good experience. "

"High value with space and location for price will come again"

"Great!"

"I arrived at the site and the concierge called the unit owner and said he was not expecting any guest under my name. The owner said, this could be a scam and I hda to rebook some other place. Expedia Team, please investigate this booking further and I would like a refund as soon as possible. Please confirm and advise? Thank-you."
