-Living room with TV, sofa bed of 130cm large,
-Equipped kitchen (cooking plate, fridge, oven, microwave),
-Bathroom with toilets

Terrace with sea view and garden furniture.
Parking n°7 on the residence. Animals allowed with extra charge (4€/days).

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of September 2025.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 65€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.

l'appartement trés bien situé mais très vieillot au niveau équipement (frigo rouillé, banquette d...

réponse au questionnaire Square habitat de Quiberon sur l'état de l'appartement remis sur place pour être attractif demande le remplacement du BZ par un lit escamotable de 140 logé dans une armoire murale idéale pour le gain de place et pour un couchage plus confortable; Un triathlon était organisé le samedi 3 septembre 2022 créant des difficultés pour la remise des clès au départ : 1 trousseau remis le 2/09 au bureau square habitat de Quiberon, l'autre déposé dans la boite aux lettres de l'appartement rue de Courlis dans une enveloppe cachetée au nom de Square habitat.
