This pleasant studio with sea view of almost 30m² for 3 persons is located on the second floor, dor n°10, of the residence "Les Courlis".

It includes :
-Entry,
-Living room with TV, folding bed of 140cm large and simple bed of 90cm large,
-Equipped kitchen (hotplates, oven, fridge),
-Bathroom with washing machine and toilets,

Balcony with sea view and garden furniture. Beds with blankets.
Parking n°5 on the residence. Animals allowed with extra charge (4€/days).

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th september 2025.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 70€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
