The city of Quimper is 10 MNS from the beaches, you will appreciate the sandy beaches, fishing on foot during high tides, the house is located 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Quimper (with its half-timbered houses, its cathedral )
The house includes:
1 fitted kitchen
4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, one with a 160cm bed for parents, and the other 2 bedrooms with a 140cm bed) 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a 140cm bed, bathroom with walk-in shower
2 toilets (separate)

Ideal setting for sports, 50 m from the house jogging ground, 150m hauling, course along the Odet.
Week available: from June 30, July, until August 25.

EXCEPTIONAL: week from August 18, 2018 to August 25, 2018 is 750 €!


Method of payment, 30% deposit on booking
Deposit of 500 euros (check not cashed), cleaning is provided by the tenant at the end of the stay, in the event that the cleaning is not satisfactory, costs of 100 euros will be charged to the deposit.

Très bonnes vacances bretonnes !!!
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour familial à Quimper. La maison est très bien située (proche du centre ville mais au calme dans une impasse, à 20 min de la plage) avec un jardin clôturé (idéal pour les enfants). La maison est agréable et propre. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil.

Maison contemporaine proche de l'Odet
Tout s'est très bien passé dans cette jolie maison contemporaine. La maison dispose d'un grand jardin et de grandes terrasses permettant aux enfants de jouer et aux parents de se reposer. L'environnement est calme avec l'Odet à 200m pour de belles balades et rallier Quimper à environ 2km. Pascal est sympathique et réactif ! Location que je recommande !

Excellent séjour à Quimper, la maison est conforme aux photos et surtout très agréable à vivre.
Très bonne experience. Hôte très reactif dans les échanges. Belle maison bien équipée avec un niveau 0 entièrement dédié pieces de vie / cuisine / salon et un niveau 1 avec les chambres. Beau jardin, endroit très calme, Quimper à pied par chemin de halage. Très satisfait.

Une belle location
Très belle maison d archi au calme idéale pour les vacances, située non loin du centre ville dans la verdure ( belle ballade à pied au bord de l'Odet). Grand jardin et transats pour se reposer; salon de jardin et table extérieurs, appréciables l été. Espace intérieur où rien ne manque. Grand salon . Propriétaire réactif en cas de problème . Excellent séjour.
