"Pamela is kind and welcoming! Bashir, the head housekeeper keeps modern room clean and stocked with amenities. It’s a small detail, but having a napkin for coffee service is outstanding! Perfect location, walked to all Churches and historic monuments. Rouen is fantastic and I highly recommend "

"As I write, this Zenitude is virtually brand new. Opened only in May. So atm everything is immaculate. The hotel was a bit hard to find though, and we got lost in the underground car park! Could do with better signage tbh. Having said that it was virtually a perfect stay. Ive used a few Zenitudes around France and all have been excellent. This us wonderful value for money and possibly the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept on."
