"This property was exactly what we were looking for- peaceful get away in the forest. We spent much of our time sitting on the back patio or front patio watching the breeze in the pines or the deer wondering through. Inside was clean and organized. Great communication with hosts. Wouldn’t have minded a few more baking sheets and kitchen utensils, but we got by with everything provided. "

"The property was great. Super clean, simple but super functional unit, and low chaos as it was on the quiet outside corner of Big Cove. The launch ramp and dock were so user friendly. Only ask: It would be great it the sofa pulled out into a twin bed. I give it a solid A- and look forward to getting a larger group of fishermen and a few cabins for the next trip. "We had a family of 10 from 8 years old to 73. Had an amazing time, the home is beautiful, had everything we needed for our families. Dee was attentive, always answered my questions in a timely manner. We rented a boat so the dock came in very handy, the last day we just stayed on the lower dock and the kids had a blast jumping off the dock, as we took advantage of the great furniture they had on the lower dock. Been to Lake Almanor numerous times and this was our favorite place to stay. Thank you"

Their home was the best place we have stayed at on the lake. We watched a bald eagle, deer and the nightly bat show all from the amazing deck. We didn’t want to leave. Truly a special place. "
