"We had the absolute best stay in Rockwall! This home is described modestly, it's got a great pool and pool area, lots of room for the kiddos to play, in the pool and the fenced back yard. The landscaping was very nice, pool was clean and well supplied with chairs all around. Truly our kids spent most of the afternoons outside playing and swimming. The gate in the back could be fixed as it was difficult to go in and out of, and the master bed was softer than we would’ve liked, those would be the only suggestions I would recommend changing/upgrading. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. I would stay here again :-) Thank you for having us!"

"Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! Huge fridge (plus one in garage) for leftover wedding food. Plenty of bathrooms! Wish we could've stayed longer!"

"We enjoyed the stay just some certain things we disliked. We couldn’t be loud in the day time because neighbors would complain about music being too loud. This isn’t really a place to kick back and enjoy with friends with music and hangout. The hot tub does not work same temperature as pool so false advertising. The barbecue pit works but we had to buy our own propane tank in order to use the grill."

"Our only complaint (besides driving through Dallas lol) was the dock is small ,uncovered and needs work but we were still able to catch some nice catfish from there and from the shore. The house is nice and comfortable with two decks and plenty of windows."

"Stayed here for the weekend for a wedding in the area. Its a great property. Great place to relax and if you love fishing its the best. Lots of space. Owner very attentive and helpful. Would for sure stay here again. The beds were amazing. The house was clean. The outside could for sure use a good spring cleaning but overall a great stay and we all enjoyed it!"
