"The room was clean, the only complaint I would have is that they gave us a very hard time getting towels for the pool. First the lady by the pool told us that we should get a towel card, since we came late (8 pm) and they didn’t have them, we didn’t get a card. In the future we will bring towels for the pool…:-( The waitress were excellent, the people at the counter were ok, at bar they were courteous. Excellent service overall. My wife and I plan to come over once more, but with towels…:-)"

"This was a very authentic Nicaraguan stay. Beautiful ocean view with the most caring staff we’ve ever experienced. Whatever we needed-they all made sure we were taken care of. Breakfast on the veranda overlooking the ocean was very nice and dinner/lunch/beer in the beachfront Rancho was a treat. We felt like family after our 4 days at this Villa:). A few hiccups, but everything was taken care of and a couple of complimentary glasses of wine were offered😊. "

"Used the pool everyday. Would have been nice to have had a booklet with information about the area. Didn’t know a lot about area til a few days before we were going home. Was a nice place, nice and secluded. Needed some creature comforts."

"Incredible stay at Christine’s home in Masachapa! The pool and outdoor areas are amazing. The sunset views were incredible. We got massages on site and took an ATV tour along the beach and to a waterfall. Dolores cooked for us 3 days, lunch and dinner, and those were the best meals - so delicious. We did 2 day trips to Ometepe Island and to Masaya Volcano. Glad we did it but lots of driving for short visits. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"We stayed at this beautiful home for our large family reunion and it exceeded our expectations. Everyone had a fantastic time. We all loved the pool, playing ping pong, beach volleyball and being able to walk onto the sand and enjoy the waves. We even witnessed a sea turtle laying eggs right on the beach in front of the house. The caretakers were outstanding. Karina deserves special recognition-her cooking was absolutely delicious. She prepared a wide variety of meals, included dishes we requested that she had never made before, and they all turned out fantastic. She also managed to cook the perfect amount for our large group. One morning, her husband took us to buy fish and shrimp, fresh off the fishing boats. It’s rare to find a place that checks so many boxes. This home and the caretakers truly stand out, and we would happily return in the future."

Every corner of the house was thoughtfully arranged, and the master suite along with the rest of the home was the perfect retreat for me and my family.One of the highlights was the full staff included with the reservation. They took care of the cooking and cleaning, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. The pool was serviced daily, fresh towels were always available, and every detail was handled with care and professionalism.The location is excellent, close to stores in case you need anything and the beach was clean and inviting. Watching the sunset from the pool deck felt like something out of a dream. Truly magical.Special thanks to John, the owner, who was always just a text away. He was incredibly welcoming and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect.
