"The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. However he had no knowledge of our reservation from hotels.com. "

"Parking was easy. Front desk staff friendly. The room cleanliness was not up to par. Walls in room had some yucky stains, there was a stain on the counter that looking like blood. The bathrooms walls were yucky, like they have never been wiped down, along with the door. The bed had some questionable stains. And the floor felt sticky and dirty through out the room"
