"The things I have poorly to say about the property, and this is just my opinion, is I was not able to check in early, they didn’t offer continental breakfast, and I didn’t receive a bottom floor as requested. On that note, I arrived between 12:30-1pm but absolutely under no circumstances could or was allowed to check in until after 3pm. Next, the only breakfasts ,per se, was coffee. "We arrived later than expected but the staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was very clean and the beds super comfortable - my youngest son loved the Razorback decor! Was the perfect place for our overnight stay, will definitely recommend and return soon!"

"We went for the eclipse and stayed here as it was the only decently priced place around Conway, AR. The staff was friendly. The motel was dated but it was fine for our trip. "

"Do not stay here they gave us a room with no fridge or microwave the sheets were disgusting sweat stains and God knows what else. Good thing there’s a Walmart near by had to go buy our own sheets because we were not using those the staff was ok but definitely did not clean our room 10/10 would not recommend go stay at the super 8 down the street if you want a good night sleep"

"We came to the lake for the day. Swimming, hanging out got a room for the night due to drive was a long way back. Room was fine and clean. Service was questioning need for additional blankets due to being cold. I didn’t like that and need breakfast to be included."
