AR Suite is an independent space, located in the center-north of Quito, it is a modern building, close to shopping centers, recreational areas (La Carolina park), banking services, among others. It is a quiet and residential area. It has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, work space, full bathroom, kitchen with necessary utensils and dining room. It has internet, cable, Netflix and parking services inside the building. Housekeeping service is offered at an additional cost. The building has the following amenities: laundry with an additional cost, coworking, GYM, lounge bar, whirlpool and Turkish bath that must be reserved 72 hours in advance.
