We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Quito! The place was spacious, cozy, and perfect for our group — it easily accommodated the 2 of us with its 4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 clean, well-maintained bathrooms. Everything was spotless, and there were more than enough towels for everyone.The location is super convenient.We also felt very safe throughout our stay, as the property has private security and a secure, enclosed parking lot. That peace of mind made a big difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Quito!

Great Family Rental

My family stayed in this apartment recently and had a great experience. The owner was very accessible and communicative. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is good - we felt safe in this area and it was easily walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful large apartment in great location

We had a wonderful time with friends and family at this very large and nice apartment in a fabulous location with fabulous views of the city, The apartment has almost everything you need. My only minor comment is that the furniture is somewhat dated but certainly appropriate for a rental. If one is looking for an ultra modern apartment, this is not the one. However if you are looking for a large apartment, with nice amenities, great view and great location at a good price, this is the apartment for you,

Great Place

The penthouse was great. It was in a good neighborhood. It was well appointed; it literally had everything someone would need. It had great views of the city and surrounding mountains, including from an awesome wraparound balcony. The penthouse was also very spacious. Sergio was very responsive to any questions we had while we were there. Quito is a fascinating city located up in the Andes.

Wonderful apartment in Quito

Was the perfect place to stay for 3 couples. The location was central. Many restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores! Communications with the host prior to check in was very good. Santiago was accessible and responsive. He immediately addressed a clogged shower drain. I highly recommend this accommodation for your visit to Quito.

Absolutely amazing!

This property truly is amazing - a true penthouse overlooking a nice part of Quito, with fabulous views of the city and the surrounding mountains, especially at night! It has all the comforts of a nice home and the owner (Sergio) and manager (Santiago) were very attentive to any needs and Santiago met us personally for check-in and check-out. This is a great home base for exploring Quito!

Great Place

I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Quito. It's clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and in a nice location. It's a bit outside the main city areas, but a $3 Uber ride will get you anywhere in the city in about 10-15 minutes. The trade-off is that the property is in a quieter, cleaner, and safer area. The trade-off is well worth it, IMO. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect quito place to stay

This is a beautiful appartment. Spotless, amazing views, very well equipped and comfortable beds. Sergio was so helpful and attentive with any questions we had. A great Penthouse apartment which met all our expectations

Thanks you Sergio for arranging our airport pick-ups and the warm welcome including a beautiful bouquet of roses. Since I came down with a sinus infection from our previous week in the Galapagos, it was so neat to have a beautiful spot to rest and recuperate. The location is beautiful with a lovely view and so easy to walk and get around. We thoroughly loved the apartment and heartily recommend it to visitors.

Fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was everything we had hoped for and much more. The place was comfortable and very clean. We even had pods to wash our clothes and coffee, sugar and spices in the kitchen. Sergio and Santiago were wonderful hosts. And, our chauffeur, Gonzalo, arranged by Sergio was outstanding. He took us everywhere we wanted to go to.

Wonderful lodging in Quito!

Sergio was very helpful, responsive to our questions, assisted us with getting safely from the airport to the apartment, answered all our questions (silly and otherwise) promptly, and there was a security guard at the door 24 hours a day. The unit was as advertised; spacious and Fully stocked. There are several grocery stores near by, a convenience store next store, and Uber service quickly available. Perfect place for a larger group or people who like their space!

Excellent - Everything we Hoped For

Such a great property. This worked out very well for our family while in Quito. We were able to cook for ourselves and enjoy each others company in comfort and with security. It is a 5 minute walk to the grocery and on the same block as a nice wine shop. Taxi's are easy to hail and inexpensive for nights out. We will definitely stay again when we return to Quito. Thanks so much!

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is gorgeous with stunning views. It looks exactly as pictured on the web page. It was wonderful having bathrooms for all of us. The doormen of the building were welcoming. The arranged ride and Sergio, made it easy to get situated after our late night arrival. The historic district is not very close, but the taxi service is easy to find and very inexpensive. There are good restaurants nearby. The owner is very responsive. We had a great stay in Quito!

Beautiful House, Great Location

We are a family of 8 traveling through Ecuador. Our 1st night was in Quito and this apartment was a great start. It’s easy to get to from the airport (the host will help coordinate transportation if needed), we felt very safe, the neighborhood is quiet, there are breakfast & coffee options nearby (they left us a bag of coffee and sugar/cream which was wonderful). The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Showers are hot. The temperature was perfect inside. I didn’t need to cook this time, but there were supplies if I did. We had a lovely stay, which I was nervous about with our 9:45pm arrival time. Thank you very very much!

An Amazing Condo in Quito

This is the property you want. You'll love this clean, open air condo with amazing beautiful views of Quito. We first walked into this home and were blown away at how gorgeous it is. Very classy and upscaled. It has room for everyone. The outdoor terrace is a wrap around style terrace that affords views of the entire city. Its close to almost everything, several markets and stores including the malls. It has daily security and keyed entry for the unit. Its very secure. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Quito.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at Sergio's apartment. He was a great host, very responsive. All of our needs were met immediately. The apartment is fully equipped, including the kitchen and bedrooms. Lots of bed linens and towels. When we arrived the apartment was spotless and Sergio was there to receive us, even though we arrived almost at 1:00am. The apartment is also centrally located and very close to all the important places in Quito. Including the colonial downtown. The apartment has beautiful views of the city, including the majestic Pichincha. We highly recommend it for your stay in Quito. One last thing, it has an excellent Wifi internet connection, perfect for those skype calls, much better than most hotels I have stayed.

Great Stay in Quito

Wow! Were we impressed! The entire experience with the propery owner, Segio, was fantastic. He was so prompt with all communication and the hospitality was great. The apartment was immaculate and fit our family of six perfectly. The view was incredible and we often had cocktails on the terrace in the evening. We were able to take full advantage of the well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. It was so lovely to have laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were also well stocked. We got to know the area during our two week stay and it really started to feel like home. We could walk to several parks and the artisan market. The bakeries and restaurants were very close by and delicious. If our travels take us back to Ecuador, we will absolutely stay in this apartment again.
