Make sure area is where you want to be

A bit off the beaten path, although in a busy intersection cabs couldn't find it, and you need a cab for most ventures either coming or going. Put 10 miles on my Fitbit going to old town and back.

clean but too far away from anything

located far away from centre, shops, banks etc. It was the last hotel we visited after a months' stay in Ecuador. Most of the places were clean and well sized and all about the same price. This was the worst located. That's why I wouldn't recommend it. We unluckely got a little fever at this hotel.

Disgusting-do not stay here

Absolutly disgusting. We paid almost double than many of the hostels in the area hoping to stay in a nicer place. The sheets had not even been changed. When we pulled back the covers there was hair from multiple people all over the bed! The towels had holes in them and also felt as if they had not been properly washed. You are also can not leave on your own. The front door has an electric lock and you have to wait for an employee to come downstairs just to walk out the door. I have stayed in over a dozen hostels of various price ranges and I have never had a negitive experiance until I stayed here. Dont waste your money.

Nice average hotel friendly staff but noisy

Hotel in good condition, very friendly staff who can give a lot of info on visiting area of Ecuador. The hotel is easy to find as it is on the main road however it's noisy due to the trafic.

Hotel con buena ubicacion

Está Bien ubicado, cerca de los lugares turísticos de la ciudad, tele viejito pero tiene muchos canales, desayuno casi lo mismo todo los días, el agua de la bañera no se ajusta ala temperatura bien, pero para su precio vale!

Estuvimos 12 días . desde que llegamos la atención del personal fue muy buena , la habitación cubría nuestras necesidades eramos mi esposa , mi hijo de 17 años y yo , quizás sugeriría un armario adicional para colocar las cosas , estaba limpio y cada dia nos cambiaban las toallas y hacian el cuarto , los desayunos completos y la atención del personal muy amable , yo alquile carro y tenia mi puesto de estacionamiento gratuito

Enjoying scenery and people of Ecuador

Our stay at Quito was very good, had good contact with the people(we speak spanish),had nice trips outside of Quito, enjoyed the marvelous scenery with the mountians and valleys. We also enjoyed the culture of the original indigenous people.
