"The hotel is unique and has lots of useful and quaint sitting areas to spend some time relating or chatting. The hotel restaurant is good with an open setting. It serves a variety of items in a buffet breakfast. Rooms are not fancy but comfortable. It's a bit of a hike to the old town but close to the Mariscal district with a range of restaurants and shops and a nearby supermarket."

"We stayed 2 nights before our Galapagos cruise and 1night after that. At the first stay, we received a special service and staff were. Very helpful and nice. The rooms were good and the breakfast was wonderful. But we were not so happy that the trash bin in the bathroom doesn’t have a lid… (we must trash toilet paper into the bin, not flush the paper into the toilet) and also there are no towel hangers for shower.. So hope it can be improved in the future! Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Failed to show up for airport transfer to property. We got a taxi that got lost then was unable to climb the mountain due to their road conditions. We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Our flight arrived at midnight and at 2am my family was still not sure where we would be staying the next 3 days/nights. Taxi driver was awesome and found us a safe place to rest...
