Horrible, no lo reserven

Horrible, primer vez que me tratan tan mal. Llegué y me dijeron que no tenía reservación, y ni siquiera me dejaron mostrar la aplicación con el número de reserva, no me abrieron y no me contestaron más el teléfono, me tocó buscar otro hotel cercano y pagar nuevamente. Mi peor experiencia con una reserva
