"Loved this hotel. It is on a beautiful river and has amazing mountain views. The accommodations were comfortable and clean except there is no heat. Food was great and Sebastian made sure we were happy with our stay. The location is ideal, conveniently located on a main road with proximity to all the attractions of the area. "Very nice hotel. Safe and clean. Breakfast process should be better. They ask you the day before what you want and bring it to you. One day I forgot to tell them the day before and they called me at 7am. They should not wake you up for this.
They dont have irons in the room. They do have the service to iron. I sent several shirts and they burned a $60 shirt on the collar.
They are not doing these things on purpose but seem to not fully think about costumer experience. "
