"This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It had everything I needed and more. Open your balcony and you have amazing mountainous views. The indoor pool is great, but the outdoor pool was even better. It was heated, and you have a view of the surrounding mountains. I highly recommend this place."

"Overall, my stay at the hotel was very good and I was satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and everything was well organized. However, there were a couple of issues that I would like to mention. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very weak, which made it difficult to use the internet properly. Additionally, I was not allowed to use the refrigerator in the room, which was quite inconvenient and unexpected. Aside from these points, everything else was great. Thank you for your service."
