"- easy and good ski access - easy and good spa access - spacious rooms with comfortable bed - terrace in rooms were useful for smoking. - very small swimming pool - breakfast could be better. - Try other restaurants in other two hotels nearby, the MENZERE restaurant was awful in this hotel’s 4th ..."

"Location of the area is super, weather was snowy and heating system was suitable for the weather condition, personnel was friendly, 1 disadvantage was no service numbers( reception, restourant, wifi code ) found in the cottage."

Verified traveler

Staff are extremely rude and not service oriented. We arrived at hotel around 11 am. Reciption stated that the check in time is 3 pm-. Rooms are availabe but you have to pay extra if you want to check in early eventhoug i have marriott membership.
