"Lai was a great host and looked after us well. He cooked lovely dinners and told us about the local walks and even played the guitar for us.
The location was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the river and patting the cat.
Just note that during our visit the wifi wasn’t working and we found the bed uncomfortable. Also, take cash to pay for your meals."

If you’re looking for a low-key stay without all the hustle and bustle… this is the place. Our stay started off with the cyclone but Akash was very attentive and helped us out a lot! They thankfully have a back up generator which was really helpful since the power was out for a couple of days. Even though this was our first cyclone and we felt a bit unprepared… we felt very safe and secure. The pool was amazing! One of the main reasons why I wanted to stay at this villa vs a resort was that we could do late night swims. The stars were so beautiful. We will definitely be coming back! "
