"The Hotels.com description of our room was flat out incorrect. We chose the room specifically because it described the room as having a separate sleeping area (queen bed) and queen sofa bed. As we were travelling with her 7 year old son, this directly affected our decision to book. What we got did not allow us the privacy we specifically looked for. The bathroom had loose and missing fittings. Definitely NOT a "superior" room. Staff were welcoming though, and very kind."

Unser Zimmer war ein Familienzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Etagenbett für die Kids und von der Größe her vollkommen ausreichend. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig mit einer großen Dusche, mit Regendusche! Unser Zimmer war sauber und auch der Service war gut. Die Verkehrsverbindungen waren auch wirklich super! Für einenn Städtetrip können wir das Hotel wirklich empfehlen! "

We got there around 11am on the day of our arrival expecting to wait for our 3pm check-in. We were kept waiting for the room even though it was ready before 3pm. Then I had to request check-in even though we were sitting in reception not 2 metres away from the desk. Extremely poor customer service."
