There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. Parking was a nightmare; not enough spaces, blocking or being blocked by others (once awakened at 6 am, once blocked by staff, also by a guest for an hour. Rooms were dank & humid, hiked 106 steps to go to breakfast. Laundry at harbor had no parking, only 2 machines. Charged for a "Superior" room. ...
