The apartment has its own entrance, a large fully equipped kitchen in the basement, a Moroccan style living room on the ground floor, a European-style living room on the ground floor and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The rooms have king-size beds with good mattresses.

There is WIFI Internet, satellite TV and a large terrace on the basement level. There is a bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and sink. The apartment has recently been completely renovated.

Villa Yasmine is located in Salé, a satellite town in Rabat. Close to one of the largest supermarkets in the region (Carrefour) and in an environment with many shops. The center of Rabat is about 15 minutes drive and Agdal is about 20 minutes by car.

There are several well-known beaches in the area. The Beaches of the Nations, for example, are about 15 minutes from the villa. There are also several golf courses nearby, including a newly built site at 18 Nations Beaches but also the world-famous Royal Golf Course in Rabat (about 40 minutes drive).

The Rabat-Salé International Airport (RBA) is located a short distance away. With a taxi, you can be at the airport within fifteen minutes (and vice versa).

The more distance from Casablanca Mohammed V Airport, you must quickly take into account a driving distance of between one hour and one hour and a half.

In the vicinity of our villa you will find several known and less known tourist attractions such as Chellah, Oudeijas Kasbah and Hasan Tower, as well as the adjacent Royal Mausoleum. In addition, the royal cities Fez and Meknez and the port city of Casablanca are relatively close. The car travel distances are approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
