Absolutely fabulous hotel in a former palace with amazing ambience, fantastic restaurants and spa facilities. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Not the cheapest but one of the best. Highly recommended
Being frequent Four Seasons guests we had been waiting to visit the Rabat property on arrival the property is grand and one of the most beautiful Four seasons we have stayed.
The attention to detail is phenomenal upon on check in we where advised we had been upgraded to a suite, the suite was flawless and with views of the rocky coastline and sunset.
I cannot express enough how beautiful the property is and the facilities are top tier with an excellent spa and indoor pool. The outdoor pools really do have a resort vibe and you could easily think you were in Hawaii or Bali with drink and food options available however the food from flamme is below standard and expensive for what you are getting.
The dining options where limited with one of the restaurants being closed so our only choices where room service or Verdello after some bad experiences with the room service food quality we opted for verdello 3 nights in a row the food and service was exceptional and cannot be faulted.
Had the food been upto the four seasons standard at Flamme and room service this review would have been 5 stars and certainly let the property down.
Nice hotel, not really up to the four seasons standards I’ve experienced in other countries. They had influencers disrupting guests by the pool. Strange experience.

Room had a horrible view. Service is not something they care for. Drinks and food took forever and you had to ask many times. Not at the level of other FS properties. Never coming back. Do not come.
Exquisite hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. It's a great property with superb gardens and ocean views, but it sits at some distance from those parts of the city with shops, restaurants, and cafes. The Medina section is a bit too far to walk to, but is just a short taxi ride away.
A recurring issue with Four Seasons properties in Morocco is the unusually long time it takes to properly train staff and build the brand’s signature culture. The Rabat hotel—open for seven months—is no exception. While staff are eager to please, the overall experience falls short of the five-star standard.
From arrival, the property feels closer to a Hyatt Regency than a true Four Seasons. The furniture, finishes, and overall ambiance are disappointing—more in line with a lower-tier luxury hotel. Cleanliness was a serious concern: visible dust and dirt in the room, and bathroom towels with a strong mildew or fungus smell. For a coastal hotel, poor humidity and laundry management is unacceptable.
Some service interactions bordered on unprofessional. One staff member sang along to music playing in my room—an inappropriate and intrusive moment. Food quality was average, closer to fast food than fine dining, and hygiene concerns extended to the dining experience.
In summary, while the effort to provide good service is evident, Four Seasons Rabat currently lacks the refined ambiance, furniture quality, hygiene standards, and polished professionalism expected from the brand.

Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Aus irgendwelchen Gründen (aufgrund der etwas entfernten Lage?) war es offenbar schwierig, die Abholung durch ein Taxi zu organisieren, so dass wir auf der Strasse vor dem Hotel selber ein Taxi anhalten mussten…
