Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das Neuste. Die Feuchtigkeit und das Klima haben deutliche Spuren hinterlassen. Die Zimmer riechen leicht modrig und so richtig trocken werden weder HandtĂŒcher noch die BettwĂ€sche. Schade drum, denn die Gegend ist toll, der Strand beim Hotel ebenso. The hotel was in a great spot right by the ocean and super easy to get to. But the service was a letdown. We spent ages trying to find a transact to sit at, and if you wanted a spot by the pool, you had to get up early. We checked in around 3:30 PM, but our room didn’t have any towels. When we called room service, they said they’d bring some over soon. But we ended up waiting until 11 PM to finally get them!

Probleme beim Einchecken

Es hat bereits schlecht Angefangen, unsere Onlinereservation wurde nicht gefunden und wir mussten neu bezahlen damit wir ĂŒberhaupt ein Zimmer bekamen. Uns wurde beim Einchecken gesagt, das das Geld blockiert wird, beim Auschecken stellte sich aber heraus das wir nochmals bezahlt haben und das Geld abgebucht wurde. Das Hotel war nicht in der Lage uns diese 4500 DH sofort zurĂŒckzuerstatten. Und das soll ein 5Sterne Hotel sein! Die Anlage ist schön auch der Strand und die Zimmer sind ganz ok, aber in einem Ă€lteren Zustand und nicht mehr 5 Sterne wĂŒrdig.
