"The best part about staying at Royal Palms Galapagos was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, making their best effort to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our dietary restrictions and would point out if a dish had food we couldn’t eat. The facilities were very nice, and cleaned by friendly staff. The property grounds were serene and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose the Royal Palms again."

"The owner was fantastic and accommodating us… God is anything we need help this with their bags said hello and we ran across him in town… He was wonderful and very attentive. On our final day we went for a big tour in the morning and he left warm towels out for us by the pool to shower down there and change before leaving for another island. It was great it’s a little bit farther out of The central part of town but it was a dollar or two taxi ride and took minutes… Who’s a great day"
