Villa located in a quiet area of Marina di Torre Suda. It is situated on a closed road 50 mt. from the coastal road, thus ensuring absolute tranquility and absence of vehicular traffic. It features four bedrooms, three double rooms of which one with an added single bed and one double room that can become a double, a spacious living/dining room with a kitchenette, a second kitchen, two full bathrooms with shower, front and rear veranda equipped with garden furniture for outdoor dining. It has air conditioning positioned in the corridor and independent in two double rooms. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 9 people. The villa is completed by a large parking area, washing machine, two outdoor showers, barbecue, and wifi. It is only 300 mt. from the sea.

The marina of Torre Suda, in addition to its splendid sea with low and easily accessible rocky coastline, offers every useful service for a peaceful stay, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, shops of all kinds, restaurants and pizzerias, sports facilities, etc.

The area is absolutely peaceful, no chaos, just other villas and small houses. An ideal place to relax.
If you're looking for movement, just get in the car and in 5 minutes you'll find yourself at Marina di Torre San Giovanni, in the evening to walk along the promenade or have dinner in one of the many establishments, in the morning and afternoon to spend the day on the numerous beaches of fine sand (equipped and free) of the Marina di Ugento. Or you could opt for the long promenade or the fabulous beaches of Gallipoli. All reachable in 5/10 minutes by car.
