"Cute little hostel that's right in the centre of everything. It's a 5-10 min walk to the night market. When I booked this hostel, I thought it was right by the beach. However, you do have to walk a little bit and go through another hotel's entrance to get to the beach. When I first arrived at the other hotel's entrance, I thought I wasn't allowed there and returned back. It can be a little confusing to find. "The room was not updated, need to be refreshed. The hotel was pretty quiet, but the roosters nearby woke me up at some mornings. It was really nice to sit outside in the evening when it was raining. "We had a wonderful stay at the Melia. The villas are big and spacious and the private pools are a great addition. The food was generally good at the buffets and the beachfront location is very good. The best thing about the Melia though are the staff, they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. We must mention Khuong from the concierge team who changed the battery in our door lock and Heiu at the pool bar in the Menorca pool who were fantastic and great fun to chat to. The housekeeping team were exceptional everyday too. We extended our stay we enjoyed it so much and would definitely stay again."
