"This was such a nice property! It is located in a quiet area of town and was just so peaceful to be able to walk across the road to the water or sit in any of the provided chairs at the front of the property to enjoy the sights and sounds of the water. The staff were super friendly and helpful to give recommendations for food and activities."

"This property has alot to offer a large group. Our group of 8 adults, 3 dogs and a toddler had ample room to spread out and be comfortable. The home is nicely decorated with good, sturdy furniture. When we arrived everything was spotlessly clean and ready for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes cutlery, pots and pans. We had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to a couple of small maintenance issues that were fixed quickly.The bedrooms were great. One had a sitting area with a slider to a veranda looking east to enjoy sunrise right from your bed. Another had a separate entrance with a small deck and lots of room. One had an en suite bath. The other rooms were located in a loft area accessed by a tricky spiral stairway, but both were comfortable and pretty.We loved the outdoor spaces! There is a nice screen porch that opens to an open deck with a Weber gas grill and to the wonderful heated pool! Since we were there early in the summer, we used the heater and enjoyed many warm swims day and night.The property is quite secluded with a bumpy dirt driveway and lots of parking. Beware of the ticks if you bring dogs. It was a 15 minute walk to Parson's Beach, a lovely morning walk. Parking is very limited there so we shuttled folks back and forth by car on beach days.. This is an old house so it is not luxurious. But it is a comfortable, clean and private place for a big group. We loved our stay."

"We had a great stay as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The house was on a quiet street adjacent to the water / beach with beautiful views! Morning coffee on the porch watching the birds and listening to the waves was so relaxing! The home had everything we needed and as advertised. Conveniently located near the ships and restaurants in Kennebunkport. It was a great Maine beach cottage...we would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was amazing! Super clean and cozy. So much room for everyone, the pool temp was perfect even when it was a little chilly outside, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The fire pit was also great! Great communication from the owner and they even left us a little gift before we arrived which was a nice surprise! 10/10 recommend"
