"Small family type place. Very clean if a little worn. 24 hour desk, everyone very pleasant & helpful. Room had a nice bathroom, fridge, micro, electric teapot, tea, cups, bowls, cutlery, TV. Large windows overlooking garden. Absolutely no complaints. Residential area outside city center. Bus stop at their door. Ride it 3 stops to the top of the street-there’s the tram station..take that to city center/metro. Very easy & convenient. Only slight negative-hard mattress & pillows. "

"Great hotel in a quiet location. Very convenient in terms of public transportation to Kelenfold train station and the city with a change. Got a free upgrade due as the hotel was quite quiet. Not sure about other comments on smell in the room, ours smelled very fresh and was very clean too. Reception staff were very helpful too. "

"Good location in woodland, that's it. Same story of average business hotel, they got wrong data about child 1 year old and gave cot bed for our 11 year old child. I never had such issue with other hotels Then they swapped it with a sofabed and charged us arm and leg! They didn't even tell us beforehand."
