Thank you for considering our spacious penthouse for your getaway. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this relaxing condo offers breathtaking mountain views and is fully stocked for your comfort. Located near the rejuvenating hot springs and surrounded by endless outdoor activities, you'll have plenty to explore. Plus, Kootenay National Park is just a short distance away, perfect for nature lovers. You're sure to have an have an unforgettable stay!
Welcome to Radium Hot Springs!
Top Floor and gorgeous views with an electric fire place, makes for a cozy home. The condo is the entire top floor of the building (2,300 Sq. Ft) with no one above you or next to you. It is a very large condo with a lot of space for your guests to find some quiet space if they wish. There are three short flights of stairs to the unit which give you great views from the top floor. You have 360 views from this penthouse with 3 balconies.
The condo has 9' ceilings throughout and a vaulted ceiling in the living space (approximately 16' ceiling height) which makes the condo feel even bigger. Very roomy as a five bedroom condo, you will not be disappointed.
We welcome you to enjoy your home away from home. We have new living room furniture (leather couches/chairs that are modern with wood accent tables).
There is a fridge with ice and water dispenser in the door. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need (tea towels, pots, pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker with permanent coffee filter, espresso machine, kettle, cutlery, plates, glassware, mugs, knives, cutting board, large bowls and little storage containers, etc...)
The soothing mineral-rich warm water of Radium Hot Springs is only 5 minute drive away with the stunning Rocky Mountain scenery combine to relax tired muscles and bring peace of mind.

The village of Radium Hot Springs is a short 12 minute walk from the condo on a paved side walk. You will most likely pass big horned sheep along the way as they are regularly crossing right by the condo. Make sure to take your cameras!
You have the condo to yourself and will be given a building and door code which will allow you 24hrs access during your stay.
We will send you the access code to the condo so you can enter anytime and come and go as you please.
You will no doubt see big horn sheep walking around the condo and relaxing on the grass so get your cameras ready.
The condo is a short walk or drive to the main town shops, restaurants and bars. You are a short drive to the hot springs.

I have a nice stay in Radium Hot spring. Nice mountain view, day trip hiking and Nothing better than the evening hot spring bath.

Great home base for a ski trip

This place was great. Exactly as advertised. Clean everything worked. My only complaint was that the toaster didn’t pop up toast up high enough… I think that says it all.

Great place to stay in radium!

This is an awesome place to stay! We had 7 adults, a senior, a kid and a toddler and we all had a great time! Great location, 5 min from the hot springs. Very clean, big and spacious. Fit our large group very comfortably. Trish is an amazing host. She was very generous and flexible when we had to reschedule due to illness. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Great Getaway in Radium!

Great condo for the 8 of us getting away for a hiking and biking trip. Well organized and spotless condo. Deck space is a bit small but we rotated in and out so it worked fine. Wonderful communication with the host!

A nice one night stay

We stayed here for one night - a group of 10 , 6 adults and 4 teens. The house has tasteful furniture and very nicely equiped with anything you might need . It was very hot the night we stayed, thankfully there were 3 Aircons in the house. A very comfortable house away from home!!

Beautiful and clean with lots of rooms for kids to play and have fun

This was a beautiful condo with 4 bedrooms and a loft on the second floor with an additional bunk bed. The kids were in love with the place and had an amazing time. The adults also felt quite at home as it was clean with freshly laundered beddings and comfortable beds. Radium is very small so quite close to the amenities as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Just the right size

Everything was good overall. Just a few things that needed to get looked at, BBQ cleaner broken, tub faucet leaking, throw blanket was dusty. No issues with anything else, we enjoyed our stay.

GREAT PLACE!

This VRBO was exactly what we needed. There were plenty of bedrooms, great places to eat, and great areas for relaxation. It was close to downtown, and we all walked there several times--to eat, to shop, to have dessert, etc. We had several age groups, and it was perfect. We checked in a bit early so the baby could nap. We communicated with the owner several times, and she was great. Thanks!

Perfect Spot in Radium

Our group of 6 stayed at Trish's place for one of the hottest weekends in July. The condo is exactly as described with lots of room for guests to stay comfortably, with air conditioners in multiple rooms, in a nice, quiet condo complex. Trish was always clear, concise and prompt with communications. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Trish!

A group of 9 of us visited this property for a golf weekend. We were impressed with the large rooms and so thrilled that each couple had their own bedroom. There was a slight mix up when checking in, but Trish was very responsive and everything was sorted out quickly. Trish ensured we were settled in and had everything we needed.

Radium Condo

Nicely decorated and furnished. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Only disappointment was nothing the owner can do anything about - the balcony. After coming back from a memorial service, we really wanted to sit on the balcony and have a toast and a quiet moment sitting in the sun but the balcony was too small to accommodate even the four of us.
