"The hotel is in the very heart of Sofia, close to the main Station and many landmarks. It was really easy to move around and a safe area too. Vitosha Bulevard is just 2 minutes down the road, full of restaurants and shops. The room was excellent, spacious and the bed comfortable. The shower was heaven and they use an outstanding brand for their gel, shampoo, body lotion, etc. Shout out to the girls in the bar at night, very patient and handling diffiuclt customer with so much grace. Thanks to all the staff that made me feel so good on my birthday and treated me like a princess. Thanks all, I will be back for sure!"

"Overall, I found this an excellent hotel to stay in. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was very spacious and clean. I was a little disappointed however that I asked the receptionist for a room with a bath which he kindly arranged for me, but the bath did not have a plug making it impossible to enjoy a hot goth in the evening! I did enquire about this. And was told that none of the baths in any of the rooms have plugs! I was a little surprised by this, however it didn't ruin my stay. The breakfast was also excellent and had many well labelled options to choose from. Overall, I found the hotel excellent, and I will visit it again in the future."
