"A very comfortable stay - the breakfast was plentiful, I loved the Clarins toiletries and having a dressing gown and slippers in the room. The interior of the room was very modern with smart controls for lighting, curtains, and air con. Meanwhile, the interior in the lobby was very opulent and traditional. What I will say as an English speaking international guest and for a hotel introducing smart/innovative touches to it's rooms - get smart TVs. The channel selection was very limited for English speakers, but this could easily be resolved by following what a lot of hotels are doing and installing smart TVs should you wish to access your Netflix or YouTube accounts."

"There's a new process for the airport 🛫 shuttle and restaurant chef has changes, so no more biscuit cake but menu was still delicious. Close and convenient to the airport and downtown Sofia."
