We made the booking and also payed the money for the whole stay (1 weekend) but when we wanted to arrive, they said office hours are over, sorry, no apartment. "We really loved Slovenia as a place to visit. Very easy to get around, friendly people who all speak great English. Food and drink reasonably priced compared to Croatia/Italy. The house is very clean and spacious with lots of outside patio space, a bbq, above ground pool (unheated but refreshing). Big bathrooms and dining, living space. Unfortunately, we arrived 4 days after the terrible floods that hit Slovenia 4th August 2023 so were not able to use the camp site facilities that are right next...
