"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided...

"We stayed in Riffler Lodge over Christmas week 2019 and it was a great choice. Pictures depict it accurately, it is a very specious, clean and new property with all possible amenities you might need. Our family loves sauna and we used it almost every day - it was such a luxury to have in our chalet! "Als Familie mit total 9 Leuten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in der Hirschberghütte sehr genossen. Die Hütte ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Auch der Tischfussball-Kasten hat bei allen für eine Menge an Spassmomenten gesorgt. Gerne empfehle ich die Hütte weiter und freue mich darauf wiederzukommen. Einen herzlichen Dank gilt auch den Gastgebern, welche sehr freundlich und unkompliziert waren."

"Alles in Allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt im sehr schönen und gemütlichen Ferienhaus mit viel Platz, auch mal zum Zurückziehen. Es war alles vorhanden was wir in dieser Zeit brauchten und wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne mal wieder einige Urlaubstage dort verbringen. Also auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!"
