Immaculately presented with stunning harbour views, Harbourside Cove is close to restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping, and offers easy holidaying at its finest. Step into a cosy, retro-charm interior that leads out to a sun-soaked wrap-around deck, perfect for a glass of bubbly with sunrises and sunsets over the harbour.

With two bedrooms and one bathroom, the home sleeps four. North-facing windows bring in glorious morning and afternoon sun and views over Raglan Inner Harbour. The spacious, classic bach-style kitchen has a full-size fridge, electric stove and cooktop, kettle and toaster. The master has a queen bed and harbour-facing windows, and the second bedroom has two single beds with a peek of the harbour. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet (no bathtub). A heat pump and air conditioning keep things comfortable year-round. Please note there are no laundry facilities.

We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder. You will have the entire house, though the downstairs garage and laundry are not accessible. Please note the elevated wrap-around deck railing has gaps young children could squeeze through, a known hazard we are in the process of fixing.

It is a short 5-minute walk to Raglan Wharf for local fish and chips, The Wharf Kitchen and Bar, artisan shops Tony Sly Pottery and Soul Shoes, and the Wahine Moe Harbour cruise. A 12-minute waterfront walk brings you to the main street for shopping and eateries. Surfers will love Manu Bay, while Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay suit swimming, kayaking and body boarding, and you might spot orcas. Enjoy bushwalking, golf, mini putt and fishing nearby.

- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
