Pine Peaks Lodge & Suites

Pine Peaks Lodge & Suites

10/10 Excellent
"We were guests for 3 nights in a 1 bedroom Suite. Everything was clean, and staff was readily available each time we entered or exited the lobby/property. There is an awesome restaurant on sight. The room furnishings had a "cabin" feel including pine log furniture. The rooms had been updated without compromising the cabin feel. Our only suggestion would be to eliminate the un-used jetted tubs in the living room area and utilize that space for additional seating and a larger wall mounted TV ( just a suggestion, not a negative). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and YES would stay again."

Your Home Away at the cozy Cabin lake front in Akeley MN near Nevis and Walker

10/10 Excellent
"Such a beautiful and cozy cabin tucked away in the woods! The whole place felt so peaceful, quiet, and private, exactly what you’d hope for in a cabin getaway. Everything was also incredibly clean and well taken care of.The cabin had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms had everything you could need, and everything throughout the property was easy to find and access. You can tell a lot of thought was put into making the space comfortable and convenient for guests. The lake was absolutely amazing and probably one of my favorite parts of the property. It was so peaceful and beautiful, and having kayaks available to use made the experience even better. It’s the perfect place to slow down, enjoy nature, and just relax. The host was wonderful as well! Communication was amazing from beginning to end, very responsive, helpful, and made the entire process feel effortless. Check-in and check-out were both simple and stress-free.Overall, this was such a wonderful stay. Between the privacy, beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, lake, and all the little amenities, it really had everything you could want from a cozy cabin in the woods. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again!"

"This place was absolutely amazing! Can’t say enough great things about it! Being right on the lake with your own private dock, the sunrise over the lake in the mornings, can’t beat it! All the amenities were fabulous! And best of all being able to use the VERY nice pontoon…huge bonus! We loved the boat house as extra private space to hang out and sleep. Krista was so friendly and great to work with, she provided so much helpful information about the property! We will definitely be back! The whole experience..FANTASTIC!"

"Great place for a large family or multiple family get away. We had plenty of room/beds/space for our large family during our stay. Check in was really easy, host were quick to respond to any questions I had. My only very minor concern was that as you walk further out on the dock it gets really wobbly. Otherwise if you like to fish, we caught some good size sunny, large mouth bass, and northern pikes just fishing from the dock. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone big or small family"

"This condo in Pine River is amazing!! Very accurate in the description and so so clean!! The view is nothing short of spectacular!! We arrived much later than we intended, so it was dark. Our GPS told us we had arrived in the middle of the road. Boo!! It was 11:00 pm and I called Rich, he answered promptly and talked our way there. ( We just didn't go far enough). He was so kind and didn't act put out with us!! 5 stars for this stay and the communication. We would love to stay here again if we ever make it up!!"
